To ensure you feel comfortable and secure regarding the collection of your unwanted items, we would like to provide some information about our Eco-Station.
Drop-off Appointment
Please book your drop-off date and time via phone or email.
If staff are on-site
If there are staff members at the Eco-Station, please hand your unwanted items directly to them.
Please feel free to ask if you have any questions.
If no staff are on-site
It is perfectly fine even if there are no staff members at the Eco-Station.
You can easily leave your items by following the steps below.

A Request to Our Members: Drop-Off Guidelines
To help us maintain Umachan Eco Stations as a [safe, reliable, and low-cost/free] service for everyone, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following rules:

🚫 No Boxes or Packaging! Please drop off items in an "Unboxed/Unbagged State"
We cannot collect items that are left inside cardboard boxes, garbage bags, or wrapped in cloth/tarp. When taking your advance photos and dropping off your items, please ensure they are in a completely unboxed/unbagged state so the contents can be instantly verified at a glance.
Why are boxes and packaging strictly prohibited?

This prevents non-collectible hazardous materials, dangerous items, or liquids from being hidden inside, protecting the safety and security of the station and our community.

💰 2. To Cut Costs & Pass the Savings Back to You:
Disposing of leftover cardboard boxes and packing materials incurs significant extra processing fees. By aggressively eliminating these unnecessary costs, we can pass the savings directly back to our members—allowing us to continue offering our "always low-cost or FREE" top-tier service!
※ Please Note: If items are ever left inside boxes or bags, we will cross-reference the site records with our member log data. Please be aware that this may result in billing for proper disposal fees or, regrettably, the suspension of your account and denial of future access to the station. ⚠️ Important Rules for Use
Our Eco Stations are fully unattended facilities that serve as vital local infrastructure for our community. To ensure that everyone can continue to use them safely and pleasantly over the long term, we ask that all members who are granted access to these locations strictly observe the following three rules:

[Strict Secrecy of Locations]:
Please do not share or disclose these station locations to non-members or other waste collection and recycling businesses.

[Unboxed & Unbagged Drop-Off Only]:
Do not leave items inside cardboard boxes or garbage bags. You must remove all packaging and leave your items in a completely unboxed/unbagged state so the contents are clearly visible.

[Mandatory Advance Chat Notification]:
Before bringing your items, you must submit a Reservation and send Photos (showing the items in their unboxed/unbagged state before loading them into your car) via the Member Chat on your My Page.
